Customer Centric Website design is where the website is designed to meet your customer’s needs and wants. This is important because if they don’t satisfy their needs and wants they are just going to go look somewhere else. This makes it hard as you are generally trying to make the website what the company wants and not what the customers want. It also becomes hard to make sure that the customers are receiving what information they need etc. reviews of the website need to be frequent as the customer’s wants and needs are changing all the time with the implementation of new technology (Worsham, 2008).

2. Define the term 'presence'. Write an additional paragraph that describes why firms that do business on the Web should be more concerned about presence than firms that operate in the physical world.
Presence on the web means there is a collection of Web files on a particular subject that includes a home page. For example, most companies, organizations, or individuals that have Web sites have a single address that they give you eg. www.ballarat.edu.au
This presence on the web provides advertising and a larger scale of customers then just a physical business that doesn’t use the web. This can lead to anywhere in the world to access your business and buy products as it is the key to the global market.

3. Write three paragraphs to briefly describe the things that Real Estate Agents can best accomplish through (a) their web sites (b) Mass media advertising (c) Personal contact
A) I believe that real estate agents best accomplish the introduction of new customers and more options for customers to see what is available to purchase or rent leading to a greater market for real estate agents.
B) Mass media advertising best helps out the notification of introducing the houses or land that are for buy, rent or lease. This will lead to more customers receiving the advertising and using the certain real estate agent to help sell these houses and land. It can also help bring new sellers to the real estate agent to help them get the best price for their land.
C) Personal contact is better suited for the next step of buying and selling houses where they can have one on one discussions about the properties to achieve maximum results.
